I was hired by Theme Park design agency B Morrow Productions to design a collection of puppets for a Mexican themed parade for the San Antonio Zoo. The Parade would feature large papier-maché Alebrijes, animal hybrids such as a Lizard/Giraffe, Hippo/Chameleons, Flamingo/Butterfy, and many more. The puppets were designed in bright and colorful palettes integrating traditional mexican alebrije patterns, and with movable elements such as ribbon tails and uncoiling tongues.
